Salary
- Competitive salaries that recognize education, experience and role
- Regional allowance for Fort McMurray-based Administrative, Professional & Technical (APT) employees
- Premiums paid to shift workers (12 hrs/day) and for certain skills
- Option for overtime to be taken as time-in-lieu in many circumstances
Annual Incentive Plan
- All regular employees are eligible
- Target award based on employee pay level
- Actual awards based on both corporate performance and individual performance
- Paid annually, pro-rated for first year of employment
Long-Term Incentive Plan
- Most APT employees eligible; participation is determined annually
- Payout based on corporate performance and crude oil price, three years after grant is awarded
